Just did the same thing with my 401K - 80/20 bond/stocks.
Took a bit of a hit in both as yesterday's market was bad, but that is how it rocks sometimes. Just read another prediction of a pullback. We'll see what happens. Once my funds have completed a rebalance, if the market drops severely (more than 20%) than I may jump back in and pickup some good buys - i.e., stocks that have good fundamentals and future, but are just dropping with the market.
I tried to stay out of mortgage markets to a degree, but I don't think they are that risky just yet.
