Machining for Moon Clips Portland/surrounding area

I need help finding a Gun Smith in the Portland area to machine my revolver cylinder to accept full moon clips. I'm after hi-quality workmanship. Any help would be appreciated, if you've had this done locally. PLEASE post your experiences good or bad.
