Vancouver area savage model 10 build

so I talked my wife into funding the build of a savage model 10. Currently it's a 308 with bull barrel.

Step one for this rifle is to rebarrel it. I'm wanting to go 6.5 prc or 6.8 western. I'm wonding if anyone in the Vancouver wa area has the tools to help me with the swap?
