Glad to help Flashpan! Always nice to meet another member here. That stack of ovens looks awesome. You have me inspired now so all my cast iron has been getting located and cleaned up. Might try something like that soon

Bumping this to the top with shout out for Flashpan - We met up yesterday for the dutch oven return and it came back all nicely seasoned and looking like new. Plus (this is the best part) he made us a great batch of bread pudding. Awesome stuff!
It was still warm when we got home and dug in. Pretty much just as he promised it was "to die for" good!
