Looking for a S&W revolver gunsmith

I have an older 38 Special S&W revolver (I believe it's a model 1902) that has a timing issue. Supposedly from early 1930's. A friend of mine took it to another gunsmith who said it needs an oversized arm but that's not the issue. I live in Vancouver and am looking for a gunsmith who can help me out with this. Any help will be appreciated.

If you ever get to Whidbey Island you might try Greg at Greene's Gunshop / The Hawken Shop...He worked for S&W in the early 70's...
