Years ago I worked for a roofer who guaranteed all of his work "until the first rain or the truck is out of site!" In reality, he was the best.
I actually have a roofer coming this am for a bid. If it seems reasonable, I will pm you a name.

Oximoron.. Good-cheap.
I use Professional Roofing out of Sherwood, OR..
He has done more than 100 sq, for me in the last 12 months. 4 buildings.
Great cleanup, stays with job till done, works on roof by self or with help.
Does the extra stuff, fixes rot, bad flashings, tear off as needed, will continue to use
