Little help!

New member, new turkey hunter. I am living in Lacey, WA and I need some good areas to find turkey on this side of the state. I know Thurston County is supposed to have a good population of Easterns, but every time I have gone out to scout I come up dry. In fact the only thunder chicken I have seen, on this side of the state, was a "pet" in someones front yard towards Rochester. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry - I've only seen them in Eastern Wa (NE, to be specific). The ones I saw were stupid and standing in the road - could have run over them. If it were hunting season, I'm sure I'd never see a single one....

Im heading to SE Washington this weekend. There is a good size flock near my inlaws. Just wanted to try my hand on this side of the state.

Any chance there are any private landowners that need some Turkeys removed?
