Seems the judge has ruled on the bulk of 114, and the stay remains in place until 12/23, the next hearing is scheduled for 12/23 @ 9:00 am.

I think Friday will either find the magazine ban enjoined, meaning a stay on it as well, or perhaps, God willing, the judge will find it unconstitutional and throw it out. At which time the AG's office will appeal to the state Supreme Court, who
I hope will give them the same reception as last time. And tell them to get lost, come back with a better argument…
 
OR Supreme Court will avoid ruling on this 114. Liberal AG's around the country don't want to see it get to Supreme Court levels neither. It hurts the overall narrative. The progressive political points were already won with the voters who passed this.
