Yes the cross examination focused on historical firearms and specific dates of manufacturing. Mainly questions around the functionality, capacity and relevance of these firearms in Oregon.

So they are basically building up case for what types of firearms were referenced in the context of Oregon constitution.
 
Seems the judge has ruled on the bulk of 114, and the stay remains in place until 12/23, the next hearing is scheduled for 12/23 @ 9:00 am.

Testimony continues at 13:20 today, that testimony will continue to focus on the magazine ban. Just learned this from the live YouTube feed…
 
What I understand from the WebEx is that the permit portion is still enjoined and we rejoin the meeting at 1:20 to hear more regarding the mag limit issue.

I don't think we yet know if the mag limit is still enjoined.
