Light 32cal bullets for mil surp plinking loads

I have a couple of m38 mosins, a couple of swiss rifles, a 7.7 jap and 303 brit rifle. I found some 32cal (.313 dia about 100gr weight) cast bullets for a decent price. I would powder coat these before loading. Has anybody had any luck getting this light of a bullet to shoot accurately enough to hit steel at 100 meters or farther, in a mil surp rifle? I would like to use these in gallery type loads (light charges).
