Kukri-Anyone Have Experience with them?

I am a big fan of the kukri. You can find any number of good models at decent prices. The best ones come with the two smaller knives in the sheath as well. If you look at M40 Selections
He has a great rework of one into a great tactical survival knife/kit.

One of the small knives is usually dull and is actually used as a sharpener like a sharpening steel.

You might have to convince me that the best Only come with a karda and chakmak. Interesting site though, hadn't come across that one before. Thanks!

I have a Condor HD Kukri. If I know I am going to need that sort of chopping power in one belt knife I take it. Otherwise, not a fave due to weight and awkwardness at small knife tasks.

I'd rather pack carry a Fiskars X7 for chopping and a more utilitarian 5-6" fixed blade belt knife for about the same relative weight.
