Keymod is easier to install, and doesn't require inspection of the backside to ensure proper installation. Do I use mlok? Yeah, when I don't have a choice. Looking at you Magpul handguards.

I completely agree about keymod. My second aftermarket handguard was a Mega with keymod and it works great.

i have both keymod and mlok


i like them both. it seems there are a lot of keymod accessories out there as well as mlok. you can order keymod or mlok nuts to convert add-on accessories. ive done it a few times when i had an extra mlok accessory that i wanted on my keymod.

Just picked up some mlok accessories last night because I had to.

It's been around long enough to where it will have its supporters and a smaller market to feed.
