Probably referring to a somewhat similar product, but made by and for Kel-Tec. Unlike the clip-draw universal products which rely on some sort of adhesive, the Kel-Tec requires you to drive out pins from the pistol's frame to attach them. Have one on my P32, it comes in handy from time to time.




Anyways, in regards to the OP's question, there appear to be a few for the P11 on gunbroker.com right now.
