JVC 56" HDTV. It is a rear projection, but slim. Comes with the stand. The bulb was replaced last fall and we have never had any other issue with the TV. Works Great, and the picture is crisp. I am the original owner and bought the TV and Stand together in 2007. We are upgrading to a flatscreen and are selling this as a result.
