With very little trimming involved, I retro-fitted my Taurus PT145 with a Slip-On Hogue Handall Grip (part number 17000). Talk about a complete change in a firearm! Although I haven't shot it yet with this new and improved grip, I'm guessing it won't chew up my hand as the factory 'grip area' did.
