FYI, scar uppers are the serialized part of the firearm, and are pretty difficult to find a la carte. Imperial Arms Co makes and sells a stripped scar 17 receiver, but you'll need to have it shipped to your FFL for paperwork, just like a stripped AR lower. I hope this helps out, good luck.
