ISO 260ai seater die need to borrow till mine ships

As long as you are not planning on crimping, try using a 7mm-08 or 308 seating die. It will do in a pinch....

Shoulder angle is wrong. I think I'd need the AI die for either of those because the shoulder comes into contact with die body while neck is free and unsupported. Do you by any chance have a 7mm-08AI or 308Ai seater I could use? That does sound like a good idea overall.

I have done this myself and it works just fine. Make sure to champfer the case mouth before seating, and the bullet slips in just fine. The neck angle thing will only cause problems if you screw the seating die in too far...
