Leftists should be really pizzed at her right now. She could have retired in Obama's first term, when the Dems had full control of Congress - they could have walked an ultra-leftist 30-year old justice through the senate easily. They'd have someone on the court for the next 50 years. But she was more concerned about herself and didn't think about the long game.

• The pro-IP43 buffoon was not specific in his message, so I don't know exactly what he/she is talking about. The allegation could, in fact, be a total fabrication.

Over at the Lift Every Voice site there was a post saying they had screen shots from NWFA about people here taking their classes and collecting signatures, then burning them instead of turning them in. That would be illegal. I replied there that the post was a joke and not a violation of the law. I was summarily banned. Now, in fairness I also told Penny that she was an idiot, so that may have had something to do with it.

Even if they don't understand it or admit the shift, statism is the new religion. The Judeo-Christian tradition of individual sovereignty and seeking the truth has been eroded over the last 200 years and, in my view at least, human progress stalled.
