Internet AD's

Is anyone getting all these Pop Up AD's on the Internet ? Most are annoying, but some are OK. I keep getting one on this site called ''Bad Idea T-Shirts'' A busty Brunette girl in a yellow T-shirt and that dang AD keeps making my head turn to the Right side of my screen. It is distracting and I keep having to look at those huge, well NEVERMIND !

Well, I clicked on this thread expecting to find stories or videos of Accidental Discharges (AD's) on the internet. I feel like I've been mislead.

That said, the ad I see on the side right now is of a kid kind of dressed like a weird superman, along with another one for an NRA pocket knife. No ladies. No breasteses.

It's called "AD BLOCK" pops, (said with all due respect for my elders ). It's FREE! There's also "Ghostery". They make a great pair.

Another site I frequent detects if you are running ad blocking software, which I do.




Get text messages in place of the ads.
I have seen this on a few sites.

Revenue or not, on a Cellular device, I am paying for those bits you are trying to force on me thru advertising.
on a Cellular, or other slow connection, ad servers tend to be slow - painfully so.

So, I don't feel bad.

Other places, like The Awesomer & related, they are keying in when you go to leave - mouse over the X and then you get the pop-up - the ad blockers cannot currently stop that, the pop ups may also be originating from the site, rather than from some advertising server.


Unlike @45alive, I keep seeing pictures of this, person, and (s)he[it, them, whatever is the preferred pronoun of the day] has very large cojones. Typically seen on news sites.

OOOPs, Don't know what Just Happened. Anyhow, I don't dance so I do my love making in the beudoix, I think that's how its spelled, LOL ! I do ADMIT, I have a weakness for The Women, however, the most I do is look and I do NOT touch. I have been forgiven by my LORD and Savior ''JESUS CHRIST'' and I have a Commitment to my Wife. If I say I do not slip daily and Sin , I am a LIAR. Thus is the nature of Sin and I am guilty and feel guilty daily and all I can do is ask for forgiveness and try not to be so worldly.
