We've been hot spotting our phones for the last three months and finally got our Starlink system today. We ordered it in November, so one needs to be patient. At any rate, for those who are beyond the range of an ISP, this is a sweet setup. Install is very elegant and easy. Once the dish is set, it automatically modulates its position and locks in. Speeds are better than expected.

You are showing the wrong test - that is the speed of the WiFi from your phone to the router, not the speed out to the internet.
