Why oh why did he not wait for animal control. He had to of seen the dog before he went through the gate. An eviction is not an emergency he could have waited. I also like that they say he shot himself as he was shooting at the dog, looks more like he never got it out the holster and took one to the leg. Number one safety your brain, #2 your finger, #3 your weapons safety ( if equipped) , I don't think he applied any of the top three.
That said hope he's ok and no life long problems.
