I made up 6 to keep the wolves at bey, the rest of the shells will sit out and dry up a bit to make them crunchy, then I will complete them this evening.
Now I am hungry..I wasn't until I opened this thread. Couldn't this be classified as entrapment???
I thought they would be barbequed...

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Bring to rolling boil water and butter. Take off heat. Add flour and stir with spoon until ball can be formed. Add eggs. Blend it with a whisk until well mixed then beat with a mixer a short time until smooth, use a piping bag and squeeze on to a sheet pan aprox 1.5" x 6"
Bake 30-40 minutes at 400°F.
let cool a bit then slice in half, if you can wait let them sit around and crisp up then fill if you can't wait? dig in.
do this while shells are baking then put in to fridge to cool.
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well. Blend with mixer until it peaks. Spoon or pipe into shells
1 package chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate frosting
Melt chocolate chips over double boiler, mix with chocolate frosting, spoon on to eclairs
Eat, eat more, eat too many.
