Back in the day we called it a flaming blue angel, if done correctly you can drink the flaming liqueur, you do it quickly than shut your mouth extinguishing the flames. Remember watching friends do it, watched one spill it on his previously hairy chest(you'd think an EMT would know better), luckily a fire department / coworker was sitting across the table at the party to render first aid using a burn kit from the injured guys car.
