I Want new sights..........Pics. Can you help?

One thing I do not like about my new 659 Is the rear sight. Is huge and It has no Dots. Its just a huge black block with a metal guard rail, to hold it together. I would like to buy a 3 dot style. See the pics

Do they make a 3 dot rear sight for a 659?
Do I have to take the firearm to a gunsmith to remove? Or can I remove just the rear sight?
