I-5 Closed near Northgate due to shots fired

Great - sounds like someone was firing an "AK' around Northgate last night. Closed the freeway down in both directions (not a trivial deal). Good job SPD on nabbing these idiots.

Not quite sure what the problem was. Since when is it illegal to shoot an ak-47. I was visiting relatives in Bonnie Lake the other day. About 10:00pm we heard a semi-auto rifle going off in the woods behind his house. Our only question was what caliber it was.

Not allowed to shoot firearms in Seattle; plus, I think the implication was they may have been shooting at the freeway; plus, these geniuses were shooting by the SPD North Precinct.

Yep, the problem was shooting in a residential/business area. Gotta have common sense on where and where not to shoot.
