At today's sentencing, the Los Angeles Times noted, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer said there was no reason to be lenient.

5 years for racketeering, corruption and trafficing class 3 firearms, seems pretty damn lenient to me.

I agree with @Chee-to that he's being protected. It just means that someone on the federal level will take care of him. I wonder which gun hater near the top of the Federal food chain will get him out early….. hmmm, maybe someone who has already covered up a federal gun running scheme, you never know.

Either way, I think that he'll do less than a quarter of his sentence because of the anti's in the federal govt.

I hope he gets a "special welcoming committee" when he gets to prison, you know, the kind that does to him what he did to CA gun owners.

He'll do his sentence, the left will leave him there rather than get bad publicity for letting him out early. He was a useful fool, now he's useless.
