    5 years for racketeering, corruption and trafficing class 3 firearms, seems pretty damn lenient to me.

    Ya, sounds like he's juiced in. Now Gov. Moonbeam will probably comute his sentence

    The CA governer has no authority to interfere with a Federal court.

    I agree with @Chee-to that he’s being protected. It just means that someone on the federal level will take care of him. I wonder which gun hater near the top of the Federal food chain will get him out early….. hmmm, maybe someone who has already covered up a federal gun running scheme, you never know.

    Either way, I think that he'll do less than a quarter of his sentence because of the anti’s in the federal govt.

    He'll do his sentence, the left will leave him there rather than get bad publicity for letting him out early. He was a useful fool, now he's useless.
