And capitalism says anyone that wants to invest the money to build another network, and buy the easements, lease the pole space, and install the server farms, and pay the regulatory fees, can do just that.Capitalism believes in free and open markets, hence, net neutrality! OR the ISPS should be open to completion, and not enjoying the single/few source markets that they enjoy now.
The only thing stopping them is state and local government regulations.
And make no mistake, "net neutrality" as sold to us by the obama administration involved more federal regs on top of those, not less.
