how sbr/supressor friendly is astoria

Is it hard to get someone to sign the paperwork for an sbr or suppressor in Astoria OR?

I know one of my friends about 10 years ago had to make a trust to get his. Has anyone gotten a signature lately?

I cant answer your first question but a trust really is the way to go for getting NFA items. No finger prints, No passport photo's, No LEO sign of, anyone on your trust can have legal possession of the item. What is not to like about that?
