Some thoughts on Horizontal Stringing:
1) Canting the rifle. Solution: Keep sights and rifle vertical always.
2) Finger passed too far into the Trigger Guard. When the rifle fires the trigger moves rapidly back and to the right moving the muzzle to the left. Solution: Place finger on trigger so that daylight shows between finger and stock. Usually, the first pad of the trigger finger will do it.
