Just got a couple Form 1's back today , so it's time to make some chips.

Ti 9mm modular 1.375 x 9" (full length) or 6" (without extension). Internals are 2 SS 60deg and and 10 Ti radial cones.
Tube proximal end is threaded for Liberty 3lug or booster attachments.



and,

Ti 7.62 1.625 x 8" with 3 SS step cones and 5 Ti RSC cones with progressive spacing.
Proximal end is threaded industry standard 1.375-24tpi for a Q plan B.

Did a little lathe work on the 8" Ti tube to dress it up some. Reduced the proximal end by .075" and put a couple steps in it.

Bored (.413) and clipped (3/16) the 9mm modular can and ended up using 10 skirted cones and 1 skirtless Ti radial along with two SS 60's for the blast baffle.
Testing begins tomorrow.
