Im at the point now where In spite Id rather opt to just not sign up.

Reading more of it, they cannot come after you only your tax refund.. And mine was a JOKE last year.. Let them keep what "little" they choose to give back. I claim "0" so its an interest free loan to big brother.

While I can see that you have allready made your choice,
I just wanted to say that you are not alone.
Healthcare is expensive, I and my family don't have any of the new forced extortion either.
We had healthcare then lost it due to the price jumps.
Like so many other people we know, we live on a tight budget.

Having someone else telling you that you must spend money that you don't have comes along, or that you can get a really bad plan that is also prorated for an undisclosed amount of time that you just have to sign up for that will cost more when ever the dotGov says so.

Well that is not going to happen.

It is theft plain and simple.

The healthcare fiasco that is currently going on is only another small portion of what is running us into the ground way beyond being a bankrupt nation.

I refuse to be a part of the problem.
I still have not done taxes this year either.
