Been floating around in my knife drawer for about 10+ years, inherited it before that. Auto with aluminum scales/body.

Any help is appreciated.

So it could be any of the following:
Ron Miller - Original design
Dalton - copy of Miller
Paragon - copy of Miller
OX Forge - Charles F. Ochs III

Either way it seems to be the "Navy Seal (Black Knife) - Sterile".

Kind of hard to determine worth I guess, been thinking of selling it and don't need a knife that just sits in the safe.

Well I contacted Charles Ochs to verify authenticity and sure enough it is a genuine Florida black knife from the early 90's. I appreciate everyones help in determining what this knife was, didn't want to find out it was a cheap knockoff. Seems it was most likely manufactured by Ron Miller and sold by Charles Ochs. Looks like a few of these pop up every once in awhile and sell for $200-500, since this is an early one I think that adds value, but then again as someone has used it that takes some of that value away.
