Sig 57 bayonet. Please help identify specifics. Also looking for a ballpark price.

A friend of mine got this many years ago. He's looking to get sell it but would like to ensure identity and price.

- He knows what the hang-tag says, but it is true and correct? Does it really go to a Sig 57?
- Looking online asking prices range from $50 to $125.
- All online seem to have 6-digits, but his is a mid 5-digit. Is there a way to identify the date of mfg.?
- What does the "W" stand for?
-What does the "F+ W" in the circle represent?
- Is there a website that "specializes" in these bayonets to find/research more info?
