Acquired some time ago with other stuff is this tool:
bp1.JPG The left end resembles in to a nipple tool, I found the two knurled parts unscrew for a nipple clean out wire.
bp2.JPG The center part slides out at notched increments for a powder measure, I think? Possibly about ten grain increments though the graduations are not marked and I'm not sure of the significant of the notch or cutout of the far right end, to big for another nipple wrench. However, it also unscrews from the center piece leaving what seems a container of unknown missing items. the inside center of the piece that unscrews is threaded. Possibly for some parts, maybe it held a worm or screw to remove lead from a cylinder???

Any opine as to its total function and or any missing parts would be appreciated.

Looking at the photo...
I wonder if the right end is a musket nipple wrench...just a guess based on the size...
Neat tool in any event.
Will take a look at my old catalogs and such...to see if I can anything / any information for you.

Thanks, There is no evidence of a #, brand, or maker mark, making it likely a one off that went no where. I could find nothing on the internet under images of black powder tools etc.

You are very welcome.

After looking again at your pictures...I am changing my mind about the musket nipple wrench Idea...
Seems unlikely a wrench being made from brass.
I wonder if it is a spout for the measure...?

Haven't found anything like it in any of my books / catalogs etc...yet....
