Fixed.A 26-year-old man was cited afteraccidentallynegligently firing a gun into the apartment below him on Tuesday, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Any negligent discharge of a firearm when it doesn't injure someone should be an open-and-shut misdemeanor, imo.Deputies say Brown was visibly intoxicated and admitted to drinking a few beers before cleaning his gun. He was issued a citation in-lieu of being arrested for reckless endangering and his gun was seized for evidence.
With a fine for damages...Fixed.
