Guns were the number 1 killer of US children/teens in 2020

I could very well be wrong, but I am guessing a lot of these deaths are promulgated by parents leaving guns where kids can get at them? Dunno.

The VAST majority of these deaths are inner city teens gunning each other down in gang wars

How true is this?

It's 'true' but you need to account for all the bs, for example 24,000 people commit suicide with a gun yearly, however people who really do decide to take their own life can do so in many other ways-- therefore banning guns in order to prevent suicide is not going to work...

18-19 year olds are not children. We've seen these cooked stats before, not sure why anyone is falling for it again just because they tacked "teens" onto the end of the sentence?
