So, after ordering and receiving all the required pieces / parts, and a little wrenching, Voila!! One fairly correct M16A1 clone!



In the process, I also corrected the slip ring on my XM177E1. Yea!!

Add on: It is amazing how much lighter it is compared to the A4 . . .

I saw Roy at the Albany show this weekend, he remembered you and said to say hello. He was staying at my sister's place while on this side of the mountain. The rifle looks great!
