A bit OT, but for anyone who doesn't know, "The Virginian" (the book) by Owen Wister is excellent, and almost by itself started the entire genre. I never got into the TV show much. My favorite was "Have Gun Will Travel", and I liked "Raw Hide" a lot too. Of course nothing beats Firefly.
