My wife and I watched "The Town" this weekend. Very good movie, very intense! I thought they also did a good job of weapons, running out of ammo, changing of magazines etc. One of the crew was cleaning a HK AR platform. I consider it to be a east coast version of Heat with Pacino and DeNiro, also a awesome movie.

Really? I'll have to check it out. If “The Town” can come close to Heat, I’d definitely be interested in seeing it. I think the bank robbery/police shootout in Heat was one of the best I’d ever seen in any movie period. I’ll check The Town on IMDB after I post. Thanks for the heads up.

Now, if only there were a way to minimize all the lovey-dovey crap that Michael Mann worked in as "balance" in Heat it would be the perfect movie. :D

They actually have a few shootout scene's, Heat only had one.
They are nail bitters too. It'll have you saying Holy!
