Going after manufacturers' liability

Looks like they're trying to go after certain manufacturers based on complaints by users, Glock and Remington are mention. Probably because of the existing liability complaints and it makes the action seem legitimate.

The original article is on Bloomberg but I don't like to give them clicks.
