True they shouldnt be telling them to, but it does exempt those who object. I like the stance they are taking, looks like the city council is takeing the time to listen to the people.

Unlike obammycare you can opt out and are not required to own anything. They also said they would not enforce the law so the IRS will not be involved in making sure you got a gun and the right kind of gun.
