This is why.....waiting periods are a farce. I mean, why not make it a year? Two years or three? It's all about making things harder for people wanting a gun. And about, reducing the numbers of gun owners. You know....making it easier for the eventual confiscation.
New York law extending gun waiting period takes effect
No doubt (in my mind) that the strategy will be coming soon......probably, Nation Wide once the UBC scheme is in full swing.

PS....remember the US citizen who was denied re-entry into the USA (for months) because he was on a "Govt List"? BUT, But, but.....the Govt has many lists. Yup....try getting info on why or once it clears up....try removing your name from that list. FYI, it wasn't that guys first time dealing with the Govt's foul up. And, I'm not even gonna comment about the Asylum Seekers who are allowed into the USA with problems of identity.
