If ya violate the Constitution and expect those that took an oath to uphold the Constitution to enforce it... Guess what, those that took it seriously won't enforce it.

Still doesn't do us any good. Its still a law and any new official coming in could choose to enforce it. If anything it gets people complacent, we need to just get those laws changed
