G4 Glock 19 trigger pin stuck

I absolutely can not get my trigger pin out of my G19 anymore. I've had it out a few times, both times took a lot of effort. the last time I took it out was to swap my slide stop lever.

I've tried the usual jiggle the slide lever, but this thing is good and stuck. It moves left/right the slightest amount when you push it from either side, but no further. Not more than even 1mm.

Does anyone have any tips?
