Apex trigger on Glock 43X

My son recently purchased a Glock 43x it's got a fairly heavy trigger pull 6 to 7 lb not very crisp. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Apex trigger / trigger bar for the Glock 43x and how much it has helped the trigger pull, reset and if it makes the pull weight much better?

If it's gunna be a carry gun I would leave it alone. Just shoot it. Enough rounds will smooth everything out.

Just my personal opinion.

Look up the Glock '25 cent trigger job' on youtube.
That'll help you smooth things out real nice and then he can focus on learning to shoot from the reset point (takes lots of practice!) after the initial shot.
