FSB cut down

Any members know of/can/or are willing to cutdown the fsb on my AR and install a free float rail in the Aloha/Hillsboro area?

Hacksaw?
I've done what you are considering. If you look at the FSB on the image below, you can see it's just a normal FSB machined flat.
Trim it off, bevel the edges and re-paint it. I use Brownells GunKote

I'd help you but I live near Gresham.

I just used a dremel tool to cut the sight off and buff up the edges and them painted over it.
