As far as I'm concerned, FN completed choked here. They go though the hassle to "modernize" a classic pistol by removing the mag safety disconnect, increase mag capacity and add ambidextrous controls and yet no rail up front to accept a WML, no optic cut. No thanks. If I want a Hi-power I'll go find a real one.
 
The success of the new High Powers proves the consumer will gladly spend the money if the manufacturers would make something we actually want.
