Sounds like cops weaseling for more money.

That's pretty common with late 3rd gen and early 4th gen models. Glock Customer Service can probably help resolve your issue.

My 20 did that for one mag around the 100 round mark. Haven't seen it since then. If it keeps doing it, contact customer service.

I am gonna put 1000 rounds through it and see what it does, might get the new extractor and try that also, its only $10.
