First Page Ad Bumping

If someone posts a new ad, or bumps an ad after the required time, so we can have at least a little top-page exposure to our ad, only to have the ad buried by somebody else bumping 36 of their own ads at once, is that fair, or is it a non-issue? Should there be language, that as a courtesy, we should space out our bumping so the top page is not overwhelmed?

This is one of those things which I think definitely isn't ideal but is probably best the way it is. This should be changing/improved once the new classified system is implemented

I use the "new content" link at the top of the page and then go through each page.

Whether the ad is on the first or fifth page, I see it.
