How about buying 10+ magazine in Oregon? Can we still do that?
Yes.

In stores & online.

*Some* online places won't ship to Oregon. Many will.

*Some* online places won't ship if they are listing a third party vendor, however will ship if it's something they have in stock. Palmetto State Armory, as an example. IIRC.

Magazines, being consumeable parts (however normally pretty hardy), stock up. Do so within reason, perhaps considering firearms you may wish to purchase in the future…

Good. Then yes you may still buy as many >10rd magazines as you want.
My brother in law in Washington state say he cannot buy them up there. Says Oregon is the same now since 114
I told him I did not think so because of the appeals process. Like his other friends told him. Just wanted to make sure before I tell him he's wrong. 👍

Yes, Washington is polluted with libturds, but so is Oregon now so sadly eventually Oregon will succomb to the leftist BS. But for now you're still good to go.

Ya, lots of rumors get thrown about. I've even fallen for it myself a few times. The truth is , yes, they are legal to purchase, manufacture, possess, import and transport. You can read the new law here. The new law did make a change to Ballot Measure 114 changing the effective date of the mag ban in that measure, but it's still in the appeal stage. Brief due July 31. The sate will respond with their rebuttal with oral arguments scheduled for 6 November.

The date change from HB243 is their attempt to get around the original ex post facto provision making the ban effective Dec of 2022. They are also assuming that they will prevail in the Oregon Supreme Court. The attorney representing us does not expect a quick decision from the court, but nobody really knows except for the judges and the people they have told what their decision will be.

I've looked at 243 a few times, I'm not seeing where it changes the date on m114.

Just looked at that link, Google brings up an older version.

When you look it up on OLIS, the version that was approved is listed as "enrolled". It'll be on the front page on the left and highlighted in blue.

It gets frustrating when there are so many different revisions.
